Collections in the Library: a trip, in its order, shown as one

The Library now has collections: a named group of your items, a trip, a season or an event, kept in the order you give it, shown or hidden on the map as one, kept on your phone as one and shared as one.

Make one from what you selected

Select the items of a trip, on the map or in the list, and choose Add to collection… in the Selection panel. One field does both jobs: type to find one of your collections, or type a new name. An item can be in as many collections as you like.

Inside a collection

Collections on the rail lists them. Enter on one lists its items in the collection's own order and numbers them on the map. Alt+↑ ↓ (or the grip) moves an item, Delete takes it out of the collection (it stays in your library), Backspace goes back. The eye of a collection shows or hides all its items at once.

Part of, and on the phone

An item says which collections it is part of, and a collection what it holds; each opens in the panel. Keep on my phone marks an item, or a collection with everything in it. Take an item out of a kept collection and it stays on the phone: nothing disappears from a phone without you asking.

Shared, and in QGIS

Share a collection and its link opens a page with every item on one map, fitted to the whole trip and numbered in its order, and the list beside it with each item's figures and its own GPX where it may be handed on. In QGIS, on your /ogc connection, a collection is a layer of its own, with a line layer and a point layer when it holds both.
